“Ein Tag im Dezember” is a short film about a rare form of coincidence. Three burglars have chosen the same house as their target. After they meet, stealing the promising treasure proves to be quite difficult.

The movie plays with the expectations of the audience, which is also reflected in the score. The music jumps back and forth between the characters’ points of view almost constantly. There is no moment when it settles on a single emotion.
