How to obtain and claim download codes:
After purchasing a digital copy of music or PDF sheet music, you will receive a download code via your PayPal email address. When purchasing physical goods that include a download code, the code is included in the goods.
This download code can then be claimed in two distinct ways:
• The first method is to log into- or create a new account at the user area, where you can claim download codes and access your files as often as you wish by logging into the user area again.
• The second method is to use the download page, which allows you to download your digital files ONCE. Should you need to re-download your files at any point, you must then make a request via mail to contact@edwards-music.com to have the code reset. This method exists so you can leave as little private information with us as possible, but comes at the cost of comfort when having to re-download.
Using either of these methods will bind the code to your email address and cannot be claimed again or transferred to another person.

The downloads are delivered as a '.rar' archive, which you will need to unpack using RAR extractors, such as WinRAR for Windows and Android or RAR Extractor - Unarchiver for macOS.
