The world premiere of “On the Far Side” Die Uraufführung von “On the Far Side”
Composed just a day after the flyby of the moon by the crew of Artemis II, NASA’s and Humanity’s return to the moon after over 50 years since the Apollo missions, “On the Far Side” was inspired by the breathtaking images taken by the crew during the mission.
Das Stück “On the Far Side” entstand nur einen Tag nach dem Mondvorbeiflug der Crew von Artemis II – der Rückkehr der NASA und der Menschheit zum Mond nach über 50 Jahren seit den Apollo-Missionen – und wurde von den atemberaubenden Bildern inspiriert, die die Crew während der Mission aufgenommen hatte.

As part of “A Day for Music” (hr2 Kultur), the premiere of the second movement from “Rooftop Garden” will take place at the Landesmusikakademie Hessen during the “Junge Elite virtuos” concert.

This concert will feature my new piece for Saxophone and Piano – Three scenes across shifting hours at an intersection, observed from atop the rooftop garden on a roadside city block.
